Our method
Always direct contact with a GP
Phone call with a doctor
Some health issues can be dealth with over the phone.
During a telephone consultation, you can discuss your complaints directly with one of our doctors.
If that does not work, we will give you an appointment at our practice.
Click here to book a telephone consultation.
You cannot book an appointment at our practice via the website.
Available 24 hours a day
A telephone consultation can be booked up to 4 working days in advance. Therefore, you do not need to login.
Would you rather call? You can also book a telephone consultation 24 hours a day via 020-6845850 (choose option 1).
For medical emergencies, we can of course be reached directly via the emergency line (see the red button at the top of the page).
You can also email us
If you want to send us a message, choose the option e-mail consultation. This is most useful for short questions that are not very urgent and do not require emailing back and forth. You can also attach a photo or another file. You will find the answer in ‘My file’ within three working days.
Repeat prescriptions
Requesting repeat prescriptions, viewing test results and viewing your medical data will now also be done digitally.
Do you not have login details yet, do you no longer know how this works or do you not have a computer at all? No problem! You can leave a message via 020-6845850 (choose option 2). Our assistants are happy to help you.

Flexdokters working method
Our practice is affiliated with Flexdokters, a cooperative of general practices. This offers a number of advantages for both patient and GP, where the relationship between GP and patient always comes first.
In a Flexdokters practice, patients have direct contact with their GP. Great, because this way you only need to tell your story once. Your question can often be answered immediately. Doesn’t that work? Then you make a follow-up appointment at the practice with your GP. Convenient, because this means you don’t have to come to the practice for every question.
We kindly ask you to schedule appointments yourself. Since we work by appointment only, there are hardly any waiting times and you will usually find a quiet waiting room. This ensures a lot of peace and quiet in the practice and during your consultation with the doctor. Convenient for both you and the doctor.
Arrange it yourself
You can arrange many things yourself online on this website. To help you as best as possible, we have clearly presented the most important information below.
- If you want to make an appointment with your GP, you can do so online. This can be done at any time of the day and week. In this way you no longer have to wait on the phone or at the counter.
- You can also easily ask a question or send a photo via the website. Useful for non-urgent questions or if you want to send a photo of, for example, a spot on your skin.
- Request a repeat prescription, or view your medical file or results? You no longer have to call the practice for this. You can arrange all this via the website in the portal.
Method of regular check-ups
We work with Viduet
Some patients need regular check-ups. This applies, for example, to people with diabetes or asthma, or those taking medications that require annual blood tests. We ensure that these check-ups take place on time and are well prepared. The practice does this in collaboration with the company Viduet.
If this applies to you, Viduet will send you e-mail messages on behalf of the practice. This message may be, for example, an invitation to complete a medical questionnaire or a request for you to schedule an appointment with us. If the appointment also requires additional testing, such as blood tests, you will receive this invitation via the usual route. Patients who don’t have an email address will continue to receive a personal invitation.
FAQ
These frequently asked questions have been compiled based on questions we receive frequently. By providing the answers here, we save you the trouble of contacting us and we GPs have fewer interruptions in our work with patients. If you cannot find the answer to your question, you can ask the practice.
