New system: Viduet by Medicine Men
Since med-January we use Viduet by Medicine Men for planning regular checkups. Patients with a chronic disease, such as diabetes, asthma, gout or hypertension, are invited to have their blood sample taken or to bring in a urine sample. Sometimes they also receive a questionnaire by email.
Walk-in hours assistant
Between 8.00 and 9.30 a.m. you can bring in urine samples or other samples, or pick-up letters, without appointment.
E-consultations
E-consultations are mainly intended for matters that have already been discussed with a therapist, and are not suitable for urgent complaints. Questions asked by e-consultation will be answered within three working days.
Phone consultation
The doctor is the first point of contact of our practice. You can easily schedule a telephone consultation with the doctor via the Contact page on this website. The doctor will then call you to discuss your complaints. Together you decide what is best to do next.
You can also make this appointment via option 1 from our call menu.
Request to the assistant
Via option 2 from our call menu, you can make a request to the assistant. This person is responsible for matters such as writing out repeat prescriptions for medication you’ve had before, ear syringing, giving B12 injections and blood pressure measurement.
