Thank you for your interest in registering! We will be notified as soon as you have registered via the website. We will then register you within a few days or you will be put on the waiting list. When the registration has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email (also keep an eye on your spam box!). From that moment on we are your doctor. Then do not forget to unsubscribe from your old GP so that we can receive your medical file.

- You request your old GP to send your medical file to us.
Register
Is your zip code 1013, 1015, 1016 of 1051-1057? Then you can register with us as a patient.
If you also want to register your minor child(ren), please state their name, date of birth and BSN in the ‘Comment for doctor’ field.
Once your registration has been processed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. This normally takes 1 or 2 days.
Please let your previous GP know that you switched to us. This way, we will receive your medical file sooner, allowing us to help you better.
Practical Information
All consultations by patients with a Dutch health insurance are invoiced directly to the insurer. You can find the rates on the website of the Dutch Healthcare Authority, the NZa.
