We believe it is important that we can help you properly and that you are satisfied with our care. Despite our good intentions and efforts, you may feel that we have approached or treated you carelessly or incorrectly.<\/p>\n

We would like to hear from you if you are not satisfied and invite you to discuss this with us. You can do this by sending an email to klachten@huisartsen-frederikhendrik.nl<\/a>. We will then be happy to discuss the problem with you. This usually solves a lot.<\/p>\n

If we cannot jointly reach a satisfactory solution for you, you can submit a written complaint to the independent complaints committee of the SKGE<\/a>. All consultations by patients with a Dutch health insurance are invoiced directly to the insurer. You can find the rates on the website of the Dutch Healthcare Authority, the NZa.<\/p>\n
